The rich tradition of Lillo Caffe goes back to 1934 when micro roasting was a necessity and not a virtue (…….assuming today it is a virtue). In the Salento area, the region of Puglia in South Italy, our story began. To maintain the same quality, and rely on the experience of three quarter of a century, the Beans are carefully roasted by a third generation roaster.

Since 1998, we roast our coffee locally, in the San Fernando Valley, and while maintaining the old world practice of selecting only the finest beans, we have been able to adhere to a meticulous production with respect to the environment and the ecosystem associated with it.

Lillo Caffe’ is artfully created for the enjoyment of sophisticated and demanding coffee connoisseurs.
