Because of its micro climate, lush nature and its topography, this farm produces one of the most exquisite coffees that are not only among the best in the world, but one of my favorite of all time since I have been  roasting coffee in Los Angeles dating back to 1998. This Farm has Rainforest Alliance certification. All power on the farm is provided by solar panels and a rainwater harvesting tank which produces hydroelectricity. Several farms involved in this practice have been award winning at the Cup of Excellence competitions in recent years.
